| Genuine Japanese Bancha Tea. Don't be fooled by the cheaper Chinese Bancha imitations. A fresh-tart green tea from the autumn crop, a slightly bigger leaf, mild, light-green infusion. The tea has a smooth flavour with slightly toasty with woody overtones. It is pleasant to take with meals. |

| Brewing suggestions.
Use one level teaspoon of Bancha per cup. Heat the water until it is steaming but not boiling (80-90°C). Infuse for between 2-3 minutes. The tea is taken without milk.
