Chun Mee

Also known as 'Precious Eyebrow' because of the eyebrow shaped leaves. The infusion gives a yellowish green liquor, with a sweet, smooth taste, reminiscent of plums. A refreshing tea to drink throughout the day.

Brewing suggestions

Use one to two teaspoons of Chun Mee per cup. Heat water until it is steaming but not boiling (80-90°C). Infuse the leaves for between 3- 5 minutes. Drink alone or with mint.
