| Brewing suggestions Use one large teaspoon of Gunpowder Temple of Heaven per cup. Heat the water until it is steaming but not boiling (80-90°C). Infuse the leaves for approximately 3- 5 minutes. The leaves are suitable for several infusions at the same sitting. |
