Mao Feng

The dry leaves produce a pale golden liquor, with a fresh, slightly sweet, fruity flavour. It is perfect to enjoy at any time of the day.

Brewing suggestions

Use one teaspoon of Mao Feng per cup. Heat the water until it is steaming but not boiling
(90°C). Infuse the leaves for approximately 2 - 3 minutes. The leaves are suitable for multiple infusions at the same sitting. The tea is taken without milk.
