| The large loosely rolled leaves give rise to a drink with green herbaceous notes and fruity, sweet woody characteristics. During infusion the leaves unfold gracefully, producing a light green liquor with a delicious aromatic taste. |  |

| Brewing suggestions Use one teaspoon of Se Chung Oolong per cup. Heat the water until it is steaming but not boiling (90°C). Infuse the leaves infuse for approximatley 3 minutes. Remove leaves to prevent spoiling. The tea should be taken without milk or sugar. |
