| Sencha is a very popular Japanese green tea. Dark green, long and delicate leaf.
A well balanced tea with a fresh fine-tart flavour and exquisite fragrance. Golden infusion.
Perfect as an everyday pleasure, with meals or as a digestif.
The fresh-picked leaves are steamed thoroughly before
drying, rather than withered before drying. Steaming reduces fermentation of
the tea leaf. The leaves are then dried and rolled into shape.
Heat is further applied during this drying process.

| Brewing suggestions Use one heaped teaspoon of Sencha per cup. Heat the water until it is
steaming but not boiling |
