| Honeybush Tea | |
| Honeybush (Cyclopia spp.) is indigenous to the cape of South Africa.
Like the popular Rooibos, honeybush is high in antioxidants and is naturally free of caffeine and reputed to calm and soothe. It has a delightful natural aroma. The tea should be brewed with boiling water and allowed to steep for around 5 - 7 minutes. Honeybush can be taken without milk or sugar, however in South Africa, it is commonly served with both. The natural flavour is of a fruity sweet taste. |
