Also known as Dragon Well Tea. A well renowned tea produced in the Zhejiang Province in a village, Dragon Well. The tea is handmade in a 10-step process. The tea has a delicate fresh flavour and a sweet aroma. There is a subtle chesnut flavour. An exquisite tea. Enjoyable throughout the day or as an evening revitalizer.  
     
Brewing suggestions

Use one to two teaspoons of Lung Ching per cup. Heat the water until it is steaming but not boiling (80-90°C). Infuse for approximately 2minutes.
