| Brewing suggestions Use 1½ heaped teaspoons of Formosa Fine Oolong per cup. Heat the water until it is steaming but not boiling (90°C). Infuse the leaves infuse for approximatley 2 – 4 minutes. Remove leaves to prevent spoiling. The tea should be taken without milk or sugar. |
