Oolong Kwai Flower Tea

   
Also known as Peach Tea. It is a strong China Oolong tea, with a hint of dryness. The large flat rolled leaves produce a light, mild peachy infusion.  
     
Brewing suggestions

Use one teaspoon of Oolong Kwai Flower Tea per cup. Heat the water until it is steaming but not boiling (90°C). Infuse the leaves infuse for approximatley 3 minutes. Remove leaves to prevent spoiling. The tea should be taken without milk or sugar.
