| Brewing suggestions Use one teaspoon of Oolong Kwai Flower Tea per cup. Heat the water until it is steaming but not boiling (90°C). Infuse the leaves infuse for approximatley 3 minutes. Remove leaves to prevent spoiling. The tea should be taken without milk or sugar. |
