Please read and understand the following terms and conditions carefully before using the August Moon Teas website. By using the August Moon Teas website you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please note we reserve the right to make changes to these Terms & Conditions without prior notice, therefore we do advise you to review our Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Purchase Contract
This website is operated by August Moon Teas ('we' 'us' 'our'). All purchases made on this website are governed by these Terms & Conditions.
The purchase of goods from this website is available only to parties who can legally enter into and form contracts under English Law. This website can be used by consumers who have been issued with a valid Debit card, Credit Card or Cheque and who have authorized Paypal to process the charge for the total amount due on any purchase which 'you' as the purchaser have made.
August Moon Teas do not have a minimum order value in order for 'you' to purchase goods.
When making purchases with August Moon Teas you will be required to provide your real name, postal address, e-mail address and contact number.
Payment:
We accept payment in the following ways:
* Debit Cards: Solo, Delta, Maestro, Switch, Visa Electron
* Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
Payments will be taken at the time of ordering and will be processed securely via Paypal.
* Cheque or Postal Order. For payments by Cheque or Postal Order, please contact us at info@augustmoonteas.co.uk before making any purchases.
Please be aware that an order which you place is not a contract between us and yourself. Once you have made an order we will confirm we received your order by email. Only once your payment has been successful, which means acceptance of your payment by Paypal or your cheque has cleared and subject to products being in stock, your order will be accepted, processed and dispatched. We will then send you an email confirming your product has been dispatched. At this point a contract is formed between ourselves and you. All orders are subject to availability of goods.
Prices
All prices are quoted in UK Pound Sterling. The individual price of goods can be found throughout the website. Note these prices do not include the delivery charge. Delivery charges can be found below. The total price of goods including delivery charges will be confirmed on the website before you make any purchase, by clicking the 'checkout' button. If you decide to amend your order before making payment you will subsequently be charged as applicable for the amended items. All prices are valid at the time of advertisement. The price of a product advertised on the website at the time of order will be honoured and you will be charged accordingly. We are not responsible for any technical errors due to either Paypal or our own Website.
Availability & Goods
We will do our best to fulfil any order placed with us. However, there may be occasions where items become out of stock or no longer available. In such circumstances, you will be informed as soon as possible and offered a refund. You will receive a refund, including delivery charges, within 28 days. Refunds will be issued via Cheque or Debit/Credit Card. All images used on this site are used in an attempt to portray the product accurately, however you should note that they are used for illustrational purposes only and products may differ slightly from those displayed on the website.
Delivery
All orders will normally be dispatched within 1-4 working days following a successful payment and an accepted order which is subject to the availability of the item. Within the UK items are usually sent via Royal Mail or courier, unless otherwise stated by yourself. We can not be held responsible for any damage, delay or loss which is due to Royal Mail. The normal posting time for UK destinations is 1 to 3 working days. If you wish to have next day delivery, this can be arranged for an additonal fee. Please email us at info@augustmoonteas.co.uk before any order is placed. If you wish items to be sent by any other Royal Mail Service or Courier you must contact us at info@augustmoonteas.co.uk before you place your order. Any additional charges occurring from using a different Service or Courier will be paid for by you. Items can be dispatched to all countries Worldwide. However please email us at info@augustmoonteas.co.uk before placing the order.
Delivery Charges
These charges do not apply to Wholesale Sales.
Delivery charges are based upon the total cost of the items purchased, as follows:

Free Delivery is offered to all personal orders over £59.99 excluding delivery charges.
Lost Items
We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit. All lost items will be looked at on a case by case basis, there is no guarantee of compensation. Proof of postage will be provided if required.
Change of Mind and Cancellations
We hope and believe that you will be extremely satisfied with any products you may purchase. However, if you change your mind you can cancel your order, up to 7 working days from our receipt of your order. To do this you will need to send a Notice of Cancellation E-mail to info@augustmoonteas.co.uk We will then issue a Cancellation Acceptance E-mail. If we have not despatched your order you will receive a refund, including delivery charges, within 28 days. Refunds will be issued via Cheque or Debit/Credit Card. If your items have already been despatched please refer to our Returns terms & conditions below
Returns/Items damaged in Transit
We hope and believe that you will be extremely satisfied with your order. However, if you change your mind you can cancel your order by sending us a Notice of Cancellation E-mail to: info@augustmoonteas.co.uk up to 7 working days after our receipt of your order. We will then issue a Cancellation Acceptance E-mail. We require that the item(s) are returned to us in their original state, i.e. new and unused in their original packaging and not damaged in any way. Return postal charges will be at your own cost. We also advise that you return items via a secure traceable service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, as we accept no responsibility for lost items. Items must be returned within 5 working days after the Cancellation Acceptance E-mail. Once we have received the returned item we can provide you with a refund, excluding delivery charges. Refunds will be paid within 28 days from receiving the returned product in its original state. Refunds will be issued via Cheque or Debit/Credit Card. Items damamged in transit will be refunded (excluding the delivery charges and cost of returning the item to ourselves) within 28 days of the damaged item being returned to ourselves. Governing law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by and controlled in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts. 'We' retain the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime at our own discretion.
