| Dynasty Tea | |
| Yellow tea is a non-fermented tea which is similar to green tea
but with a slower drying phase. This results in the tea having a natural light yellow colour. The use of yellow tea can be dated to over 4000 years ago in China and was originally reserved for Chinese Emperors. Use about 2 tablespoons of tea leaves per cup. The tea should be brewed in water at 70-80°C and allow to steep for about 3-5 minutes |
