| Young Hyson is made from leaves picked before the rainy season. The leaves are twisted and dried at higher temperatures than other green teas giving it a fuller flavour and body. The tea leaves produce a golden yellow brew that is smooth and robust. |  |

| Brewing suggestions.
Use one teaspoon of Young Hyson Tea per cup. Heat the water until it is steaming but not boiling (80-90°C). Infuse for approximately 2minutes.
